Why hire a private chef?

Hiring a private chef gives you an opportunity to create your own menu and is an option to many tourist who wishes to stay in their accommodation that enjoys the serenity of dining privately.

How much does it cost to hire a private chef?

Cost starts from $300 and varies depending on meal preference, breakfast, lunch or dinner, or whole day service, total number of guests and event type.

What are other costs associated when hiring a private chef?

Groceries are 100% to be billed to guests subject to 15% service fees and delivery. A server/host staff is also a guest option with extra charge.

How do you determine the budget for groceries?

The estimate cost of grocery for each booking is unique depending on the total guests count, meal type and the complexity of the menu.

Do I need a full kitchen in my hotel or villa to hire a private chef?

Yes, full kitchen is highly recommended. It is important that you check with your property manager the details of kitchen equipment, including kitchen wares, table wares etc. that will be necessary for dining. This is usually available in all accommodations, hotels or villas.

Is there a limit on the menu selection?

As much as we wanted to accommodate all your favorites, it would be important to know your menu and serving options.

For plated style meals, it is suggested to have one choice for each course. We can accommodate up to 5-course dinner for your party, depending on availability of platters in your accommodation or we can rent for you for additional cost.

If you wish to share with your group, a family style service is recommended. We set a limit for each course up to 3 selections for your party up to 3-course meal . This will allow our chef to have a quality time to make all meal preparations.

When should we send our final menu?

At least a week before your first service so we can have time to check availability of stocks on island and make recommendations. Also, it will allow us both to have some time to make menu adjustments if necessary.

How much time I need to make a reservation?

We receive bookings regularly and confirm on a first come first serve basis. We recommend as early as two months before your arrival on island. Although, we make all effort to accommodate short notices, but may not be guaranteed.

What are the payment terms?

All bookings are required to be paid in full to guarantee date of service, plus grocery deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least on or before 30 days before first service date to receive a full refund of chef fees and server fees. No refund will be available less than 30 days notice.

All cancellation will be deducted of 5% processing fees.

COVID 19- TC UPDATE

Update 1 April 2023: No COVID-19 Restrictions. The Turks and Caicos is open for tourism. All COVID-19 restrictions have been removed. There is no vaccine, testing, or insurance requirement.
