Chef Joel creates an Asian-inspired, Caribbean and Mediterranean cuisine. 

He believes in the art of culinary and with his humble beginnings and life long experiences had taught him skills of taste and his plate as his blank canvas.

With more than 20 years of experience in 5-star and Forbes star boutique hotels and resorts: Amanpulo, Philippines, Turks and Caicos resorts; the Amanyara, Point Grace and Wymara Resort & Villas, he has mastered his culinary expertise from commis to Executive Chef.
